He began his professional journey as a Registrar at Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Kolkata, and later gained advanced exposure as a Medical Research Fellow and Senior Resident at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. Dr. Samanta completed his MBBS under the West Bengal Medical Council and went on to pursue DNB in Radiotherapy from the National Board of Examinations.
